Wish they were but they are "only" Espada. Dunno if you are familiar with Bleach so if you are switch the next. Aizen (the captain who betrayed Soul Society) got to Hueco Mundo and "raised" an army of a5rrancar 8type: Gillian, Adjukaru and Vasto Lorde) and they are "ordered" by numbers (means Nr. 1 is the strongest and 10 is the weakest). Number 10 is Gillian level 8weakest), Number 9 - 5 are Adjukaru 8this counts for Grimmjow -> the guy with the blue hair -> he's number 6), Number 4 - 1 are vasto Lorde (Ulquiorra the dude on the right side is Nr. 4) and neliel is the former Nr. 3 but I doubt that she is a vasto lorde.
Well anyway: they are in Aizens "team" and fight under him but they aren't really companions (not all at least). They mostly only interact together if Aizen commands so other than that most of them are loner (like Grimmjow and Nnoitra)

But here they really look like a gang *g

yep - thats why I came up with the deadly sin theme ^^
only "the lust" is missing - but I think Kubo will avoid any romantic or sexual content and just take the "the lust to fight" crap. Damn :/
